Meet
Heather

Hi! I’m Heather Rabinowitz. After a successful corporate career in the employee benefits space focused on engagement, well-being, and training, I got the itch to pursue my next great adventure. I quit my job and spent the next six months soul-searching, evolving my perspectives, and learning so much about myself and how we fit into this world.

I believe life to be short and scary and sweet and amazing, and that far too many of us simply exist rather than truly feel alive. This realization compelled me to enroll in a world-class graduate program at the University of East London where I received my Master's Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. This program equipped me with the science of positive psychology, the fundamentals of coaching, and the data about thriving organizations.
My mission is to support individuals in both one-on-one and group settings to discover their strengths, develop critical intrapersonal resources, and cultivate the life of their dreams.

After I wound down my corporate career, I adopted four baby chicks and built a backyard coop. Tending to my chickens and the joy it brings me helped inspire the Hatch Joy name.
I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband, our two children, our black lab, and my now six-chicken-strong flock.
I look forward to meeting you!
